My goal is to obtain the most favorable result for each of my clients in the most efficient manner possible under the particular circumstances of their case. Due to the inherent uncertainty of most complex business litigation matters, I generally cannot guarantee a favorable result. However, I do guarantee that I will work hard to reduce the risk of such litigation through strong advocacy, clear writing, objective advice, and good communication. I emphasize personalized service to my clients, including client involvement in each step of the case, easy access to consultation, and emphasis on use of technology to provide high quality services and product for the client.
I specialize in complex business litigation. Over the past 30 years, I have represented a wide variety of corporate and individual clients in complex business litigation matters and reorganizations in state and federal courts in the Houston metropolitan area, throughout Texas and the United States. My practice has involved trials and appeals in cases involving many diverse areas of the law, including the following:
