For over 40 years, I have had the privilege of being involved in cases throughout Texas, in many parts of the United States, in Europe, and even Australia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

However, I have lived in Texas for almost years, and my family and I now have deep roots here. So, I primarily practice in courts throughout Texas and, in particular, southeast Texas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My main geographical practice area is generally central<\/a> and southeast Texas<\/a>, and more specifically the Houston metropolitan area<\/a>.  The Houston metropolitan area is in the southeast part of the state, 60 miles north of Galveston and the Gulf of Mexico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Of my Texas cases outside the Houston area, most of those cases are in various state and federal courts within an area defined by a line drawn north from Houston to Dallas, then southwest from Dallas through Austin to San Antonio, then southeast from San Antonio to Corpus Christi, and then northeast from Corpus back to Houston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

My main office is located in The Woodlands<\/a>, which is a suburban community in Montgomery County 30 miles north of downtown Houston.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As you will note from this Houston metropolitan area map<\/a>, The Woodlands is located between downtown Houston on the south, which is the home of Houston’s federal courts and state (Harris County) courts, and Conroe<\/a> to the north, which is the home of the Montgomery County Courts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Most of my cases are in federal and state courts in\u00a0downtown Houston<\/a>.\u00a0The\u00a0Harris County Courthouses<\/a>\u00a0are located\u00a0on the north side of\u00a0downtown Houston, and the\u00a0Bob Casey Federal Courthouse<\/a>\u00a0is located on the west side of downtown Houston at the corner of Smith and Rusk Streets in downtown Houston’s Theater District.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Montgomery County Courts are located in downtown Conroe<\/a>. The Montgomery County Courthouse<\/a> is located at 301 North Main in downtown Conroe<\/a>. Take the Hwy. 105 exit off of I-45, head east on Hwy 105 (West Davis) for a mile to the courthouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As noted under “Client Meetings” in the Policies<\/a> section of this website, I prefer to meet with clients where it is most convenient for them, which is usually the client’s office. However, if a client prefers to meet with me outside their office, I maintain multiple locations in the Houston area for meetings with clients.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
